(To read this post, it must be understood that we’re walking this process/Blog - Heaven's Journey to Life multi-dimensionally, which means – each post covers one dimension, but is interconnected into/as multi-dimensions in our process of walking the point/question of “who I am” and how this “I” created/manifested this entire physical existence. Thus, suggested – to read this Blog from DAY 1, as many of the points in previous dimensions/DAYS/posts are always brought-through into the next days/dimensions/posts as all the dimensions interconnect as the multi-dimensionality we’ve created/manifested as our separation as Energy/Consciousness from/of Life/equality and Oneness. Thus, if one is faced with this post, and have not yet read this Blog from DAY 1 - suggest that self first start from DAY 1, as otherwise one will have no context of many dimensions that is walked in this post, that has been dealt with in detail in previous posts.)

We have now walked the Physical/Behavioural Dimension in Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6 and we’re in and from this Post continuing with the Self Commitments of the Physical/Behaviour Dimension, with walking through the Self Forgiveness Statements we’ve walked within the Internal and External Positive and Negative Changes.

We have in the previous post, walked the Self-Commitments of the Negative Internal Changes and within this expanded on the “Moment of Change”, and how one’s writing, self-forgiveness and self-commitments come-together in/as such Moments to actually physically, practically move self into and as Self-Change in a moment, from Postponement into and as Self-Directive Will and so Self-Discipline.

We’re in this post continuing with the Positive Internal Changes Self-Commitments:

PHYSICAL/BEHAVIOUR Dimension: Self-Commitments
Positive Dimension Internal Changes Self-Commitments
(For context of Self-Forgiveness Statements – see DAY 177)
I commit myself to assist and support myself to ‘flag point’ moments when facing a Responsibility such as writing, reading, assignment / task when and as I suddenly find myself feeling mentally and physically better/positive about SOMETHING ELSE in my Imagination, Backchat, Reactions that is affecting my physical body in the OPPOSITE way as what I physically experienced it a moment ago. Where it went from heaviness in the eyes, tightened shoulders, and cringing/cramping in the stomach, to my eyes “Feeling” more awake, to my body “Feeling” stronger, to my stomach “Feeling” as though there is an eruption of a release. To within this establish my self-honesty about what I am in fact accepting and allowing in this Moment with see-sawing my mental and physical state in and between the Polarities of the Negative and the Positive and asking myself the question: “How can I suddenly, unexpectedly “feel better” when a few moments ago I went from stability, to the negative and now to the positive, that is definitely leading me into the Temptation of SOMEWHERE else, instead of me getting things done HERE.”
In this, I commit myself to assist and support myself to see, realise and understand that I am physically, practically in that moment facing a Responsibility to get done which will affect/influence my world/my future in this world, and so, self-honestly, what I am in fact accepting and allowing in such moments with altering/manipulating the experience of my physical body and so myself into feeling better about SOMETHING ELSE, what I am simultaneously accepting and allowing is essentially making myself feel better about NOT tending to my practical, physical responsibilities here in/as this Real World.
And so, I commit myself to assist and support me, with walking my writing, self-forgiveness and so these self-commitments, to walk myself out of the Polarity Games of Energy I play within my Mind in my relationship to REALITY, to the PHYSICAL, and establish me as the LIVING WORD(s) and EXPRESS me in/as physical-reality. Such as living the Words ‘Self-Directive Will’ as I will me to physically, practically move me and actually get things done that is Priority/Important for me and my life IN THIS WORLD.
In this, I commit myself to assist and support me to Prioritize Time, so as to not have Time be/become an excuse, reason/justification that I accept and allow myself to use within my Mind, and so align my Responsibilities in my Day in such a way that I first and foremost get done what requires to be done in my Relationship to Responsibility to me and my world and my future in this World, and to when/as there is Time / time later in the Week, to give myself the time to let go for a moment/relax/entertain.
And so, I commit myself to, when and as I find myself mentally and physically change into and as the Positive, to see, realise and understand that I am creating this condition through and with ENERGY and the Dimensions of a Personality as thought, imagination, backchat, reactions and in fact busy manipulating myself and my physical into submission of Mind of SOMETHING ELSE, instead of remaining stable, here in/as Breath and getting done what is RIGHT HERE before me. And so I stand to commit myself to, when/as this manifest within me mentally and physically, to start Practising stabilizing myself in/as/with the Physical through BREATH, physically move myself as the living words of Self-Directive Will and actually physically, practically move me to complete the writing, task/assignment, reading.

Negative and Positive Dimensions Internal Changes Self-Commitments
(For context of Self-Forgiveness Statements – see DAY 178)
I commit myself to assist and support me to establish communication with and as my Physical Body, with how my Physical Body in fact indicate/show what I am accepting and allowing within and as it. Where, with initially experiencing the Negative Internal Changes as the Shoulders Tightening, the Eyes becoming Heavy and the stomach Cringing/Cramping – the Physical Body Points in its relationship to the Mind indicate the Following:
SHOULDERS: Indicate Responsibility
STOMACH: Indicate processing knowledge/information/reactions
EYES: Indicate Direct Seeing/Seeing/Insight
Thus, within the context of me Facing Responsibility within and as the Possession of the Postponement Character, my Physical Body was reflecting/revealing the Following:
SHOULDERS: With my shoulders tightening, it was indicating that I was place a restriction/strain in my relationship to me, the physical body in this physical world, which is essentially what I was in the process of doing in my Mind with creating an ENERGY/Mind-Relationship to me, the physical and a physical, practical Responsibility here, sabotaging, restricting / straining me deliberately through manipulating me within the energies of apathy/boredom. And so, instead of assisting and supporting me in taking responsibility / living responsibility – I was sabotaging/compromising it.
STOMACH: With my stomach cringing/cramping within the energies of apathy/boredom that I generated through my accepted and allowed participation in thoughts, imagination, backchat and reactions – this was indicating how I was creating a situation, which would be referred to as “pain in the ass”, but exactly the same as “pain in the stomach”. Like – creating an ENERGY/Mind relationship to the INFORMATION that is before me to study/write/read/prepare, substantiating it with the energies of apathy/boredom, essentially deliberately refusing to process/work-through/stand equal-to and one-with the information that is before me. Instead of simply breathing, reading/writing and realising that I’m in the process of learning, and in learning will expand me and my understanding of myself/my world. But, will instead LIMIT me, sabotage my expansion/growth/development, through creating an ENERGY relationship of RESISTANCE to it within the energies of apathy/boredom, to rather go do that SOMETHING ELSE, benefitting only ENERGY/MIND and in no way would contribute to my expansion, growth, learning of me/this world/reality. And so, the stomach is indicating how I am diminishing/limiting myself in that Moment in my relationship to processing/walking with the Information before me.
EYES: With my eyes becoming heavy with the advent of the Personality/Character and the Dimensions within it ‘taking over’ me, my experience of me and so my physical body within the primary energies of boredom/apathy, was that I was manifesting, within me and my physical body a condition of “I don’t WANT to see”. So essentially “blinding myself” from the responsibility before me, getting it done, as I preoccupy myself in the EXPERIENCE of boredom/apathy, ONLY SEEING the boredom/apathy as ENERGY of the Mind with what I am accepting and allowing in my MIND, and so NOT SEEING the simplicity of the responsibility of me here, in getting the writing/task/assignment/reading done.

(We suggest here, to as you Walk through your Characters/Personalities and you get to the Point of the Physical/Behaviour Dimension and one do Identify internal changes and one cannot immediately/directly see the connections between the Mind and the Body, the Desteni Forums are available for any questions/perspectives regarding assistance/support with identifying the relationships between the Mind and the Body.)

From here, instead of investigating what the Physical Body is showing/communicating in the relationship to the Mind, as the Personality and the Dimensions and Energies within it as the discomfort, pain, dis-ease that the Physical Body is experiencing, we tend to then VEIL the conditions in the Physical Body with MORE ENERGY, as one would then Shift into the Positive Dimensions and Energies in the Mind which give the Physical Experience of, for example the stomach experiencing release, the physical body vibrating and the eyes feeling more ‘awake / alert’, believing this to have been the “Solution”. When, all the while – it was the Moment BEFORE, the actual bad/negative/discomfort that was experienced that was in fact showing the REALITY of what self was accepting and allowing. And so, instead of us investigating the Body in such moments where it suddenly/unexpectedly goes into discomfort/pain to see what we’re accepting and allowing and what we’re in fact in the process of creating in our Minds – we “cover it up” / “hide it” / “ignore it” with the Positive. So in this, NOTHING is learned/realised by self, on the contrary – with going into the Positive/that SOMETHING ELSE which apparently “made the body / self FEEL BETTER”, one is simply accepting and allowing self to be manipulated by ENERGY, with NO self-introspection / self-investigation of the relationships one is creating to self/the Physical and so one’s life/living in this world/reality.
We can take this then to the World/Humanity as a whole – where, we don’t Investigate/Introspect how we’re creating, accepting and allowing the Negative/Bad/Pain/Suffering in this world, what are the EXACT conditions and responsibilities individually, and collectively that is creating, accepting and allowing all of this. Instead, we VEIL the REALITY of this physical existence in our own Minds with the POSITIVE, and so we NEVER, individually and collectively learn/develop anything substantial/meaningful in terms of bringing REAL CHANGE to ourselves and this world and humanity as a whole, ‘cause everyone is covering up Responsibility. So, in this – Real Change can only be a reality, when one start realising the polarities of how the negative and the positive in the Mind within and the World without really in fact Operate, and it’s time for human beings to establish some COURAGE in facing the consequences of self, self’s life and this world/humanity as a whole, and stop covering it up/hiding/postponing it all with and as the Illusion of POSITIVE ENERGY in/as the MIND.
