(To read this post, it
must be understood that we’re walking this process/Blog - Heaven's Journey to
Life multi-dimensionally, which means – each post covers one dimension, but is
interconnected into/as multi-dimensions in our process of walking the
point/question of “who I am” and how this “I” created/manifested this entire
physical existence. Thus, suggested – to read this Blog from DAY 1, as many of
the points in previous dimensions/DAYS/posts are always brought-through into
the next days/dimensions/posts as all the dimensions interconnect as the multi-dimensionality
we’ve created/manifested as our separation as Energy/Consciousness from/of
Life/equality and Oneness. Thus, if one is faced with this post, and have not
yet read this Blog from DAY 1 - suggest that self first start from DAY 1, as
otherwise one will have no context of many dimensions that is walked in this
post, that has been dealt with in detail in previous posts.)
We have now walked the Physical/Behavioural Dimension in Part
1 and Part
2, as an overview/introduction with giving perspective of the relationships
between Energy and the dimensions of a Personality/Character and also mentioned
the relationship of Energy, the Dimension and the Personality System as a whole
in its relationship to the Physical Body.
In this post, we’re going to have a look at what exactly the
Physical/Behavioural Dimension entail, meaning what exact physical/behavioural
points to look for and then commence with the Self Forgiveness and Self
Commitment statements.
When looking at the Physical/Behavioural Dimension, here one
want to look for any physical-body internal changes and physical-body external
changes as follows:
Physical Internal Changes: Noticing any pains,
discomforts, stiffness in the muscle/tissue/bone of the
Physical Body, such as for example experiencing your calve muscles
contract, experiencing your shoulders as heavy and painful, feeling your neck
stiffen, experiencing lower back pain etc.
Physical External Changes: Noticing, with the advent
of the Personality activating in the Physical Body, that you’re changing in
posture, such as slouching, sitting up straighter, shifting from one leg to the
other, crossing your arms over your chest etc.
Thus, the Physical/Behavioural Dimension is identifying
when/as one find oneself to be at the stage of participating in and
experiencing the Dimensions of a Character/Personality, how your physical-body
is responding to this relationship of you as the Personality in the Physical.
It would be beneficial here to identify Both Internal and
External Changes. There may be instances where there is only one of the two evident;
one then walked only the Internal or External changes that were prominent.
If/as one cannot initially determine any definitive internal/external
physical changes; one can then for the moment drop this Dimension. However, it
is to push oneself within one’s process with walking Characters/Personalities
to be aware of your Physical Body. Establishing an awareness with the Physical,
the more and more and more one stabilize in Breath
and actually become aware of who you are in the within and without of the Physical.
And what of the Mind and the Dimensions within it, has for so long manipulated/defined/altered
the physical body state/condition without self even being aware of it.
Furthermore, pushing oneself as one is Walking the Characters/Personalities, to
pay attention to the detail of how your Physical Body ‘felt’ BEFORE the
Personality activated, and how it changed as it was activating and then finally
into and as the Full Possession.
In this process, with establishing self-awareness with the
Physical-Body, and essentially self’s relationship with the physical, to not
accept and allow any physical
behavioural changes that self is not aware of. And so, one will become more
and more aware of when/as one body/behaviour and/or discomforts/pains manifest
and be able to trace it to/as one’s participation/activations in and as a
Personality and the Dimensions within it, re-align one’s relationship to self
through walking the dimensions, and so realign one’s stability in and as the
Physical Body.
Let’s start Walking the Self-Forgiveness and
Self-Commitments of the BEHAVIOUR/PHYSICAL Dimension of the Postponement
Character/Personality, within which self will see/understand more with the
extent to which we can accept and allow Dimensions of a Personality / the
Personality as whole, influence/affect and so manipulate
our Physicals and so Ourselves into submission for Energy.
To take note, as one become more astute with identifying the
Dimensions of the Personality/Character, one want to get to the stage where one
can see, for example – when/as one has found that the Personality/Character in
the Imagination, Backchat and Reactions shifted polarities from the Negative to
the Positive; what changes in the internal and external of the
Physical Body manifested when and as one participated in, became and
experienced the Negative, and what changes in the internal and external of the
Physical Body manifested when and as one participated in, became and
experienced the Positive.
So, if/as One has Identified that a Personality in its
Dimensions only resonated the Positive OR the Negative, then the
Physical/Behavioural Dimension will be pretty straightforward in identifying
how the individual dimensions within the Positive or Negative Dimension
influenced, affected or changed the Physical Body. However, when BOTH the
Positive and Negative manifested – this is where one want to see if one can
identify how the different Energies influenced the Physical Body internally and
externally in different ways. Initially, it is to understand that the Mind /
Personality activation may be experienced as Overwhelming, like everything ‘manifesting
at once’. But the more and more you quiet yourself into and as Physical
Hereness, the more you will be able to distinctly see how the Mind moves within
and between the Polarities and how the different energies
affect/influence/change the Physical Body.
So, for the time being – as you are/will be developing an
awareness in/as the Mind and the Physical, if/as one cannot initially
distinguish the difference in how the Negative/Positive Dimensions
influence/affect the Physical when/as both Polarities come up in a
Personality/Character, then one can simply walk with identifying the internal
and external Physical Changes that one are in that moment aware of. So that in
this, one can utilize the identification of Physical Internal and External changes
as a reference point for self, so that self in the future for when one do
access the Personality and feel the Physical Changes manifest know: “Uh-oh, my
body’s changing without my Awareness, what am I accepting and allowing here?”
And then one realise one had walked these changes in relation to Postponement
and one was in that moment facing a Responsibility point, and so can in that
moment apply the corrective application immediately, with not accepting and
allowing the behavioural changes manifested/manipulated
by a Personality, but take a breath, stabilize self in the Physical and get
the task/writing/assignment/reading/responsibility Done.

The example we’re going to utilize here within the Postponement
Character is noticing the Internal Physical Changes and External Physical
Changes as the Dimensions of the Negative and the Positive Activated as follows:
Negative Dimensions Internal Changes:
When and as I was participating in the boredom and apathy
that was coming up in my
thoughts, backchats and reactions, my shoulders started tightening and in
the pit of my stomach could experience a cramping/cringing. My eyes also
started feeling heavy.
Positive Dimensions Internal Changes:
When and as I was participating in the enthusiasm, I experienced
an energy-eruption in the pit of my stomach, like the enthusiasm ‘felt better’
in the put of my stomach. I also experienced a slight vibration in my body –
like, elevated, when my energies changed from boredom and apathy to enthusiasm.
My eyes in this energies felt more open, crisp and clear.
Negative Dimensions External Changes:
I noticed that as I was participating in the Negative
Dimensions of the Character/Personality that, I was starting to physically
slouch in my chair, like my body going limp / apathetic.
Positive Dimensions External Changes:
I noticed that as I was participating in the Positive
Dimensions of the Character/Personality that, I was feeling more ‘strength’ in my
body, like – starting to move my body to sit more upright, essentially readying
myself to walk away from the responsibility and go do that ‘Something Else’.

Internal Changes Self-Forgiveness
I forgive myself that I
have accepted and allowed myself to establish a relationship with my Physical
Body from within and as Dimensions of thought, imagination, backchat and
reactions within the energy of apathy and boredom, that THROUGH energy as the
mind and FROM Dimensions of the Mind, that exist in separation from/of the
Physical Body: I manifested the physical-responses of tightened shoulders,
cramping/cringing in the pit of my stomach and a heaviness in my eyes.
I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself
to see,
realise and understand or even comprehend of the fact that I am altering,
changing and manipulating my physical-body and its stability/naturalness
through and as ENERGY and the Dimensions of a Personality System of the Mind in
the Physical.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
for so long believe this to be ‘normal’ in how I manipulate/change/alter the “EXPERIENCE”
of Me in/as the Physical Body, not seeing, realising and understanding how my
relationship to the Physical Body has been dependent on an EXPERIENCE I CREATE
in the
Mind from within and as Thought, Imagination, Backchat and Reactions that
had come to determine/define who I am as an EXPERIENCE in the Physical. Never within
this, seeing, realising
and understanding what I am in fact DOING to my own Physical-Body with
manipulating my EXPERIENCE within it as ENERGY and Dimensions of a Personality
for my own Self-Interest, never stopping/questioning for a moment what the
PHYSICAL is going through, not even AWARE
of what the physical is really in fact going through, as I am too preoccupied
in the blinding light of the heavens above as the Dimensions and Energies of a
Personality I am possessed within.
I forgive
myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate me so from the
Physical Body, that I am more preoccupied with thoughts, imaginations,
backchats, reactions within and as, for example apathy and boredom, that while
this is going on – I can feel/see to a relative extent in that moment that my
shoulders are tightening, the cringing/cramping in the pit of my stomach and
the heaviness in my eyes manifesting; BUT: what is interesting with what I am
doing here is – I will use the very Conditions I am creating in my own Physical
Body through and as the Mind as a Manipulation tactic or excuse, justification
and reason for why I must/should “follow the Positive / create the Positive” in
my Mind. That, I do not stop in that moment and question: “Okay, wait a minute,
why’s my body changing like this internally? It is only me in this Body and I
was stable just a moment ago – what is REALLY happening here, how am I
doing/accepting/allowing this?” But, no – what I’ve done is, first create a
relationship in my
Mind, manipulate my EXPERIENCE in the Physical and so the Physical Body
itself and then use my own creation in/as the Physical as an excuse,
justification and reason to manipulate myself into and as getting my want, need
and desire as Postponing my responsibility to me and the Physical and my
life in this world for a Positive-Energy Experience.
