Shock, Trauma and Stress: DAY 479

Shock, Trauma and Stress: DAY 479

In and from this post, we’re going to be walking a process of understanding and also assisting and supporting oneself when facing shock, trauma and/or stress within oneself / one’s life. The specific context we’re going to walk here is when something unexpected happens within one’s world that is personally-traumatic – such as, for example – losing a loved-one through a sudden / unexpected death etc. Essentially, anything that happens in your world that is so unexpected, so unpredictable – that one go into an absolute mental and physical shock.

Here we’re going to have a look at what in the Mind / Self is involved with creating such an internally traumatic experience, how such mental and physical shock contribute to the creation / experience of stress and if left unattended to – how such an traumatic experience, shock and stress can develop into chronic stress that affects one long-term. To finally how one can assist and support one’s Body and Mind to release the memories and experience of the trauma, shock and stress on a mental and physical level - that is holding one in and as such a state / experience; as well as what medicinal / homeopathic support/assistance one can resource to help the physical body with the consequence the trauma, shock and stress relationship created within and as it. What I will firstly do is walk a process of Self Forgiveness and Self Commitments, through which I will open up how exactly it is that the trauma, shock and stress relationship is created within oneself and the physical body.

As we walk through the Self Forgiveness process - one will also find a reference to the ‘quantum physical’.
The ‘quantum physical’ dimension of the Mind-Body relationship is where the Mind / Consciousness had become so merged with the physical body that, for example – thoughts / emotions affect / influence the physical body’s functioning / processes, such as activating hormones for example; which is what we’re going to explain / walk within and through the Self Forgiveness process: how it is that a moment of shock is an extensive emotional reaction that permeates both the mind and the body, placing so much stress on the physical body to the extent that the body goes through a traumatic experience and accordingly responds / reacts in its own way. In this process of the extent of stress such an emotional shock can manifest in the body on a quantum physical level, putting self and the body through an trauma – hormones are activated to support the body through the stress / trauma and/or activate based on the trauma forced unto / into the physical body.
Now, what often happens is – the shock / trauma on a physical level becomes a memory, where in/as this quantum physical dimension, one’s ‘self / beingness’ doesn’t direct / sort out the initial shock / emotional reaction and so self and the physical body - remains in a constant state of shock / stress. This then leads to the manifestation of ‘chronic stress’.

Before we continue with the Self Forgiveness Process, what must be understood about the Mind-Body relationship is that it consists of 5 Primary layers / compartments that extend into the physical body. It is with understanding these 5 layers / compartments and their relationship to the Physical Body that the traumatic experience of shock / stress on the physical body and the mind’s role within it all will be understood. The 5 layers / compartments exist as follows:
CONSCIOUS MIND – this is the first layer / compartment of the mind and does not have a direct relationship to the physical body. This is why, for example – one can think thoughts, but it does not necessarily affect the physical body. Meaning, one can be sitting down and thinking and one cannot necessarily feel any changes happening in the body or that the thoughts themselves have any effect on the body. Your focus / attention is more diverted into the Conscious Mind / the thoughts themselves that also creates that state of ‘daydreaming’ where it doesn’t feel like you’re ‘in your body’ – the body / reality ‘fades away’; this is the effect the Conscious Mind has on self.
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND – this is the second layer / compartment of the Mind and has a direct-relationship with the physical body, but the Subconscious Mind only penetrate the outer membranes of everything within the physical body, so it is not integrated into the physical body very deeply. One’s emotions and feelings is directly linked to the subconscious mind and this is why, for example – when one access an emotional / feeling reaction, one can experience it in one’s physical body. So, the subconscious mind and the emotions/feeling thus have an affect/influence on the body.
There is a relationship that forms between the Conscious Mind and the Subconscious Mind when thoughts are charged with an emotional and/or feeling energy, this is when one would be in the process of thinking and while one is thinking – there are definitive reactions experienced within the physical body. So, some thoughts remain only within the Conscious-Mind dimension and are not directly-linked to the emotional/feeling body within the Subconscious Mind dimension, which allows one to ‘think’ without reactions. Then there are thoughts that are charged with an emotional / feeling energy, so one can see a connection between the thought and the emotional/feeling body, thus one see a connection manifest from the Conscious Mind layer / compartment into the Subconscious Mind layer / compartment.

In the next post we will continue with the Unconscious Mind, Quantum Mind and Quantum Physical layers / compartments within and as which the Mind Consciousness System function / exist, to understand the processes involved on the Quantum Physical level that contribute to the manifestation of chronic stress in the Mind and Body.
