We’ve Dominated and Spiritualized the Physical, but not stood Equal and One with it Part 3 DAY 424

So, the question within this all is: how do we ensure that we work WITH what is here, SEE with what is here, UNDERSTAND what is here to change/cultivate an internal and external reality that work/live together within a starting-point principle of/as equality and oneness as what’s best for all? Meaning, the consequences is obvious when it comes to our relationships of dominance, spirituality, resistance/judgment to our own bodies and this physical existence – it’s benefitting the human, the mind: but not reality in any way whatsoever – it all just promote separation and consequence, which can be seen with what is happening to this reality, this world, the extinction of animal/plant species.

Obviously, we individually and collectively started this all in our relationship to ourselves, each other and then into and as this physical existence as a whole. So, we have to start with our relationship to ourselves – how do we attempt/try to dominate/spiritualize/resist/judge ourselves, our own bodies, our personal relationships to from here, open our eyes to seeing, realising and understanding how we’re doing it to the ‘greater world out there’. As we have discussed in the first post: we have to see how we dominate our own selves/bodies – where our minds walk all over ourselves and we compromise ourselves, our bodies. Have to have a look at how we spiritualize ourselves – where we place more emphasis on energy/the positive and how we “experience OURSELVES” – elevating ourselves in our minds “above” the physical/the consequences in this reality/real world and still here not directly seeing/working with/looking at solutions for this actual, real world/reality. Have to have a look at how we create resistances/judgments to who we are / our own physical bodies and the consequences this create in our relationship to ourselves, our bodies and relationship with others – in terms of what we’d compromise in our self-judgments/physical body judgments to shape/change/transform it into and as ‘MY WANT’.

So, within ourselves – we exist in separation with ourselves, our own bodies when it comes to how we dominate it/spiritualize it and/or judge/resist it: so the question has to start with how we learn to work with ourselves, to see ourselves, to see through the eyes of the physical/reality/what is here and stop the consequence of always wanting to change/shape/transform it to our Mind’s WANTS – not in this process considering our own bodies, who we really are. I mean, the simple question we have to ask ourselves is: are the WANTS we have when we dominate/spiritualize/judge ourselves/the body…really our own? Meaning, if one have a listen to the Quantum Mind and Parenting Series on EQAFE – you come to learn how it is that the things you think, the way you view yourself, your relationship to your body, the world, others – ALL of it has been resourced/imitated/copied from ‘those that have gone before you’, we’re all just clones – automatically programmed, based on what we ‘sponged up from our external environment and others’ within/during the first seven years of our lives in this world/reality that so determined our way of thinking, reacting/feeling. So, it’s really quite an eye-opener when one start introspecting the thoughts you have, the reactions, the behaviours – how ‘automated’ it all is, and how we do things without ever considering the consequences to ourselves, others and our own bodies.

So, I would suggest – if/as one can see how one dominate/spiritualize/judge oneself/one’s own body – how it affects one’s life/living experience, one’s physical body – how it cause us to not consider the physical/reality – into and as the ‘world out there as well’, you know – we’re so ‘caught up in our own minds’ that we don’t consider what we can individually and collectively change within life on earth if we start aligning our relationship to/as reality and what needs to be done to change it for ourselves and so for all.

Thus, I would suggest investigating Desteni, EQAFE, the Desteni I Process LITE and PRO – where we explain/walk you through in detail how the Mind operate/functions, why we are so separate from our own bodies/reality, why we live in this world, but also at the same time not – how have we come to accept/allow such consequential relationships of separation as dominance/spiritualizing/judgement that seem to only benefit the human and become ignorant to what we’re doing to our own bodies/this physical existence as a whole.

We’ll in interviews/posts to come expand more on the point of “here” / “reality” – what we mean with the ‘separation between reality and illusion’ with regards to Consciousness and the Physical Body and ‘Global Consciousness’ and this Physical Existence; and why/how within this – we don’t see/realise/understand that we’re not working with what is here, but instead working against it.

Fighting Resistance vs. Moving through Resistance: DAY 297 - 298

In and from this post, we’re going to be walking an Practical Example of a Process regarding, for example – where one is in the Process of Change from Laziness to taking/living Self Responsibility, and walk through some of the dynamics/dimensions to consider within and as this process; especially regarding the facing of Resistance within and during the Process. And how to – within Facing Resistance, not “Fight” the Resistance experienced from changing from the “I am Lazy”-Personality to “I Live Responsibility” Living Word – with seeing, realising and understanding that the Resistance is a ‘Part’ of self within self and so Fighting it, would essentially mean ‘fighting yourself’…which is silly.
Additionally within this – we’re going to be having a look at what exactly ‘Fighting Resistance’ means, and how to assist and support self to MOVE through Resistance with Understanding and Self Stability.

Let’s begin:

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand how – a process of change, is something to be done consistently. Where, I commit to a self-change and then having to walk it consistently into living application until the committed change becomes me in practical living. For example, the movement from “I Am Lazy” to “I live Self-Responsibility”: “Laziness” is what I am/have become and the Committed Change as what I am in the process of becoming/living is Self-Responsibility.

In this, I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that – who I am/have become as ‘Lazy’ / ‘Laziness’ was done through a space and time process in the physical, where I accepted and allowed myself to more and more and more in instances justify, excuse and validate apathy / postponement in moments of taking responsibility / being responsible / living responsibility. And so, over TIME I have accumulated this “Laziness Personality” with its own distinct thoughts, backchats, reactions and behaviour patterns. I only do not REMEMBER the process of how I created it, because it’s now become so automatic in who and how I am that it seems like “I’ve always been this way”.

In this, I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that: now with understanding that I have created this “Who I Am as Lazy”-Personality over TIME in this space-time physical reality, that: Changing me, from “who I am as Lazy” to “I Live Self Responsibility” – is going to be a process of space and time dedication, and keeping consistent with and as my commitment statements that I place into Living Application.

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand the difference between Self-Movement THROUGH Resistance into Change, and Forcing self with the Resistance as Fighting to Enforce Change, where:
I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand the importance of commit-statements, to reinstruct for myself who I am in a moment and to from within that instruction, take a breath and move myself in physical reality into and as Self-Change. Where, if I do not have that reinstruction/commitment, all I am then working with is energy/experience/physical force – which is only one factor I then use to try and FIGHT everything in the Mind into forcing myself into change. When, how the Mind is set-up – is VERY SPECIFIC, and so my commitments has to be equally as specific to reinstruct the previous program/instruction into and as change. For example:

Let’s say – having being introduced to a certain routine every day, of having to – in different time-frames throughout the day, do something different. Where one come from a previous life experience of not having been self motivated/driven in terms of daily tasks/responsibilities and now it has become an obligation to do so. In this, one have to have a look at what responsibilities/obligations has to be done throughout the day/week and map out a prioritization of each of the responsibilities/obligations. In this – one will find that, when one get to the Physical Action of DOING the responsibilities/obligations, one may have a different REACTION within and as all of them. Different thoughts will come up, different backchats, reactions, behaviour patterns etc.- but the general THEME that one will access within one’s Mind is RESISTANCE.

Now, if/as one do not blueprint the different REACTIONS to the different tasks/responsibility and only ‘fight against the RESISTANCE’: one is going to wrestle within oneself, and one’s process of Change is going to become one of constant/continuous internal fighting against the Resistance – pushing, forcing change through the Resistance, without Understanding that the Resistance experienced within each responsibility/obligation has a specific substance and programming to it, based on HOW you in the MIND create that resistance with specific thoughts/backchats and reactions.
Therefore, to have change be a Self Movement instead of a Fighting with oneself – one then establish what thoughts, backchats and reactions come up/manifest within/during particular-specific tasks/responsibilities/obligations, REINSTRUCT what automatically comes up in the Mind into effective, direct, specific Commitment Statements and together with that, the Physical Practical Change/Movement that self will assist/support self with – in moving from the Commitment Statement into Living Change, rather than following the thoughts, backchats, reactions into the Consequence of the Mind.
Because, if there is no definitive Reinstruction within self, and then an actual practical Living Change from that Reinstruction, one is just ALWAYS going to be fighting the Resistance – because the Resistance is only the consequence-outflow of the specific thoughts, backchats and reactions you’re accessing, and so: you’re never going to the SOURCE to change self through reinstruction, from mind programming instructions of Personality Possessions, to Self Living Instructions of Living Application.

So, for example:
Let’s say one’s day consist of:

Having to wake up early
Going to work
Getting the actual work done in terms of all the different tasks/responsibilities/obligations
Preparing dinner
Cleaning the home environment
Other responsibilities – such as school/education, writings, courses

Now, what one can have a look at is specifically structurally outlining your day-to-day living and seeing within WHAT in your day you have particular-specific Resistance to doing, with this resistance having been something that is a constant inner-fight to move through. When any Self Movement – becomes in a nature of a FIGHT, where the fighting becomes constant/consistent instead of one’s actual CHANGE constantly, consistently accumulating: it means that one’s Commitments and Living Application is not effective enough, and the MIND is MORE SPECIFIC than you are, and now you’re trying to ‘FIGHT THE MIND’ without understanding the specificity that is really involved in/as practical living change. And so in this fight – the Mind WILL win, ‘cause the Mind at this stage knows you better than you know yourself. Thus, you first have to get to know how you as the Mind operate/functions within your relationship to obligations/responsibilities in your world, so that you don’t FIGHT the Mind, but change WITH and AS it. As Follows:

So, let’s take the Waking up early as an example:
You identify with waking up early, that: there’s massive resistance – and now you want to specify that resistance, what thoughts goes on in the mind, what’s the energy that comes up, what’s the internal conversations / imaginations that manifest. Essentially, you want to see how you as the Mind move, so that you can change that Instruction, into and as an Instruction of practical living change.
Then you find that the following,
Thoughts come up:
“Seeing yourself Sleep for longer” / “Seeing yourself in the bed sleeping”
Backchats come up:
“I don’t want to wake up now” / “Do I have to wake up now” / “Just a little bit longer” / “I don’t want to face this day”
Energy come up:
Irritation, apathy, listlessness, comfortability, enjoyment, relaxation

With this, one now essentially see what Self in/as the Mind accept and allow to manifest as the Preprogrammed instruction that cause one to not physically move oneself to simply open one’s eyes, take a breath and stand up. From the above, one assist and support self in a process of Writing Self Forgiveness – to release self from the energy-relationships/attachments to sleeping/resting, instead of it simply being a practical action of resting one’s body, it becomes this entire consequential Mind-Process.

From here, now – understand: if/as one do not do the Commitments’ and Living Application specific enough – the Mind/Consciousness can accordingly ‘throw a punch’ in terms of bringing up similar/same mind processes to instruct you back into the Mind, instead of standing with you/who you are in/as your decision. SO – if you have not prepared the way before you effectively enough to STAND within a point, the Mind’s going to show it – and throw that resistance at you, and you can keep on going into that ring and FIGHTING it, and you will always lose. Cause, FIGHTING the mind is NOT the solution, you have to UNDERSTAND it to ‘conquer’ it, if you will. And to do this, is through the process of writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective action as the living of the self-commitments.

THEN, once one had walked writing/self forgiveness – one have a look at what commitment statements one can establish that one from the Reinstruction, can immediately move one into Living Change. For example:
One can go the direct route of:
“When and as I see my Mind going into any other direction than be taking a breath and opening my eyes and getting up: I WITHOUT A MOMENT’S HESITATION speak to myself ALOUD “I’m UP” and in that speaking actually physically move myself UP – so that my spoken word and living word stand equal and one in that moment. As I see, realise and understand if I even for a moment entertain the mind/thoughts/backchat/energy – it just accumulates and becomes more difficult to move through it. And so, I then immediately direct me to speak the words “I’m Up” and physically move me up to stand up/get up”.

See, now the only step from here: is to actually DO IT. Walking so, commitment-instructions together with the living application, and knowing self as the Mind and when/as one is accessing it, instead of standing by self’s decision - will ensure that one’s internal and external process becomes more a MOVEMENT, a REINSTRUCTION process you have to stand with and stand by constantly and consistently, until the reinstruction becomes a natural living of/as Self.

Therefore, to conclude:
I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand the Extreme Polarities of accepting and allowing myself to go into and as Apathy/Laziness as submission to the Mind and my external world living responsibilities and going into and as Fighting towards the Mind and my external world living responsibilities. In both instances, I’m facing two extremes of Resistance – Resisting Change, in the one regarding apathy/laziness as Submissions, and in the one regarding Fighting I am actually CREATING the RESISTANCE to change, as I am fighting the very resistance I am supposed to move through/transcend into and as Change.

In this, I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that the process of change should be me walking through a Waterfall – there’s going to be resistance as I move through the waterfall, but as I persist through the Waterfall, I move through into/as the Other Side, changed as the process of me moving through the resistance,  and as I remain constant/consistent in/as the process of change, I come through CHANGED in/as the other side. Whereas – with submission and fighting – I am attempting-to/try-to either just walk into a wall and fall back the whole time as what happens with submission, and/or trying to hit through the wall with my bare hands as the process of fighting. Not realising that, that wall IS ME I am fighting and fighting myself is really just stupid.

And so, I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that: I will only go into submission and fighting to/towards that AS ME I don’t in fact understand, and in that understanding, being able to Stand AS IT and so change it AS ME. This is so demonstrated in for example human society today, where we have the extremes that just Submit to the World System and those that Fight it through Revolutions – neither Polarity Understand the extent of the System and our responsibility to it and what it will take to in fact change it as ourselves in Physical Space and Time practical living application and commonsense.

Thus, I commit myself:
to assist and support me to get to know the Mind as me, UNDERSTAND it, blueprint it through writing, self forgiveness and see what instructions I have automatically accepted and allowed, and then in the commitments RE-INSTRUCT who I am within myself and LIVE/APPLY that instruction, until I become it as a natural living me in the physical.

Who I Am as Money – continued

(To read this post, it must be understood that we’re walking this process/Blog - Heaven's Journey to Life multi-dimensionally, which means – each post covers one dimension, but is interconnected into/as multi-dimensions in our process of walking the point/question of “who I am” and how this “I” created/manifested this entire physical existence. Thus, suggested – to read this Blog from DAY 1, as many of the points in previous dimensions/DAYS/posts are always brought-through into the next days/dimensions/posts as all the dimensions interconnect as the multi-dimensionality we’ve created/manifested as our separation as Energy/Consciousness from/of Life/equality and Oneness. Thus, if one is faced with this post, and have not yet read this Blog from DAY 1 - suggest that self first start from DAY 1, as otherwise one will have no context of many dimensions that is walked in this post, that has been dealt with in detail in previous posts.)

We have now walked the Physical/Behavioural Dimension in Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 7 and we’re in and from this Post continuing with the Self Commitments of the Physical/Behaviour Dimension, with walking through the Self Forgiveness Statements we’ve walked within the Internal and External Positive and Negative Changes.

We’ve in the Previous post walked the Negative and Positive Internal Changes with having a look at the principle of ‘physical communication’ as our Minds’ relationship to the Physical Body and the consequences/relationships it manifest within the Physical and so in our relationship to ourselves and our lives within this world/reality. In this Post, we’re continuing with the External Negative and Positive Changes Self-Commitments.

PHYSICAL/BEHAVIOUR Dimension: Self-Commitments
Negative and Positive Dimension External Changes Self-Commitments
(For context of Self-Forgiveness Statements – see DAY 178)
I commit myself to assist and support me to see, realise and understand in and as the moment that I actually start physically changing my behaviour, from where I was initially readying myself to start my responsibility, but suddenly/unexpectedly, almost in a quantum moment, became overwhelmed within and as the Personality and almost instantly, automatically changing/altering my behaviour into and as the embodiment of boredom/apathy where I started slouching in my chair, my body going limp/apathetic. At this stage, to see, realise and understand that I am not yet effective/specific within my awareness and directive-principle of the processes that is in fact happening/manifesting in my Mind with me already Physically Embodying the Energy and so the Dimensions of boredom/apathy into and as a Physical Behavioural Possession.
So in this, I first and foremost commit myself to, when the possession gets to the physical behaviour stage without my directive-principled awareness, as a sudden/immediate physical change, to commit myself to become more aware/specific within and as breath and when I am participating in the Mind’s Dimensions/Energies. So that I can start stopping my participation in the Mind / its Dimensions/Energies BEFORE it has to get to the stage/consequence of Physical-Possession for me to ‘wake up’ and only THEN start changing. Which is only making it more difficult for myself, because: if I start becoming more aware of being able to stop participation at the Thought, Imagination, Backchat and Reactions phases/dimensions, there I am only still working with energies/manifestations of energies which will be the easiest to stop. But in the Behavioural Dimension, it becomes more difficult, cause in this Dimension I have to walk through ALL the accumulated dimensions and ALL its energies that create a ‘stronger experience of Resistance’ which gives the experience of it being more difficult to stand up/stand through this Stage.
But, as I have established for me in my previous Commitments, I will not accept/allow the resistance to overwhelm me, but commit myself to apply/live the Living Word as Self-Directive Will and physically move me to get the writing/task/responsibility Done. In this, seeing, realising and understanding that I will really only make my own process more difficult for myself with waiting until the consequence get to the stage of the Behavioural Dimension, and so commit myself to assist and support myself to NOT make my OWN PROCESS more difficult for myself, but to really get my arse in gear to be/become more specific with my self-awareness of the Dimensions/Energies of the Mind BEFORE it gets to accumulated consequence as the Behavioural Dimension’s internal and external Changes.

In this, I commit myself to, when and as I see, realise and understand that my Physical Body Behaviour is changing, especially in moments where I’m facing a Responsibility Point in Reality, and especially where the Physical Behaviour is changing to slouching / my body going limp/apathetic: to see, realise and understand that I am in the process of already “half way there” to manipulating myself out of taking Responsibility here in and as actual Physical Reality. And so commit myself to immediately, without hesitation, take a BREATH sit up straight, move my hands/my eyes and start reading/writing; as I see, realise and understand that if I in any way in/during this stage Entertain the Physical Possession Experience of the Personality in my Body – I will give into the Mind and so give up on me and so an Opportunity of a Moment of Change through and as a simple ACTION/MOVEMENT in/as the Physical.

I commit myself to when and as I find myself feeling better in my Mind and my Body in my relationship to the Positive SOMETHING ELSE I am imagining, backchatting / reacting to within myself, with the Physical Body indications of my Behaviour changing to sitting up straight, already experiencing the adrenaline rush of preparing to physically ready myself of moving to go do that SOMETHING ELSE I created as my own temptation in my Mind from having to live/take responsibility for what is right here before me: To in this Moment REALLY practise the Living Word of me as “Self Directive Will” as I realise at this stage I have made it EVEN MORE difficult for myself to stand up/change as the Positive Energy Experience in my Mind and in the Physical I have imposed on myself and the body SEEMS SOOOOOOOOOOO TEMPTING, like so addictive, like I REALLLLLYYYYY WANT to just give into the Energy as its seems SOOOOOOOOO NICE / SOOOOOO much Better…but to really in that moment look for myself in the Consequence of what I am accepting/allowing here. As I have established in my Previous Commitments, that it may now be easier to Give in, but reality/the physical as the accumulated consequence that would manifest for my accepted and allowed Postponement will Not go easy/be so easy in Real Time Physical Reality Space and Time.
I commit myself to furthermore in this, see, realise and understand that it will initially only be difficult at this Stage where I’m like at the TIPPING POINT moment of either Giving In to the Mind or Standing with Me, because I’ve accepted and allowed myself to make my relationship to the Mind and the Physical a Habit as the Postponement Personality/Character, a living habitual pattern of ALWAYS giving into the Mind and giving up on me. And so, it will be a Process of committing myself and living/applying this commitment to myself to STAND through the resistance and do/apply/live the Simple Action of taking a BREATH and getting things DONE.

Alright, so – to see, realise and understand with any/all Characters/Personalities: the Behavioural/Physical Dimensions, when/as the Possession of a Character/Personality gets to this stage, here the basic, most direct and immediate application is to PHYSICALLY MOVE. I mean, one have to essentially MOVE oneself PHYSICALLY out of the MIND/ENERGY into Reality. So, what’s interesting here what one will notice, especially if a Personality/Character is/has become a convenient habit, such as always giving into the Mind/giving up on self, that one will REALLY initially experience MUCH Resistance. The Resistance is essentially really only the process of moving through, like a MASSIVE THICK WALL of energy as the entire Personality into and as the PHYSICAL.
So, to take this into considering in the beginning stages of facing a Personality/Character – that, the Physical/Behavioural Dimension will only INITIALLY be more difficult to move through due to the extent of the Personality Possession as System/Energy of the Mind into the Physical, but the more and more one stand through/walk through the Wall of Resistance/Energy (lol, in a way reminds me of the story of Jesus walking through Walls, so – be your own Jesus, walking through the Wall(s) of Resistance as the Structure/Construction of the Mind in the Physical), so the more and more one practise establishing SELF’S Directive Principle – one establish Self’s Presence/Awareness in the Physical, and in this process, will more and more easily be able to stand in the Face of the Mind/Energy and root oneself in/as the Physical that is REAL, HERE.  

This then concludes the Physical/Behaviour Dimension. Again, here – to note, not to become overwhelmed with the extent/amount of information we’re walking, as we have mentioned, we’re simply taking the opportunity here to expand MORE on the dimensions. What one want to particularly note within this Process is the DIMENSIONS of a Personality/Character and how to practically, structurally identify them, walk through them, what to look out for/consider – all of which will quantify one’s process, as much within these Posts are essentially already ‘prepared for you’.
